We are father's rights advocates with a broader mission of creating a nonprofit to educate the public on the need for judicial transparency and accountability and to provide resources for pro se litigants in family court to ensure they can manage their own cases efficiently and effectively.  

If you have a complaint about your local court, please call or email your state assemblyperson.  Keep a log of the date and time and who you speak with.  Legislators cannot intervene on your case but can address issues relating to lack of court reporters, lack of court recording devices, inability to obtain transcripts,  inability to get an appointment with the court facilitator's office, the need for legal research tools, the need for procedural clinics to ensure the courts are processing cases efficiently - these are resources for which you can request they prioritize funding.  

Additionally, if you experience judicial bias, contact your state assemblyperson and let them know and ask for resources to help.  Let them know if the Committee on Judicial Performance is failing to investigate or take the matter seriously and how this is affecting your case and the public perception of court integrity.
